Learn insider tips and knowledge of College Admissions,

Financial Aid and Funding Strategies

This FREE Educational College Planning webinar will focus on 9th graders up to community college students looking to transfer to a university.

We’ll discuss the financial aid forms and all the other information you need to understand in order to maximize the amount of financial aid you are eligible to receive! Even if your family isn’t eligible for need-based aid, we will cover the best strategies on how to pay for college in the most cost-effective basis without it putting a strain on the rest of your finances.

In this workshop, you will learn how to pick colleges that will give you the best financial aid packages. You will understand which assets are taken into consideration when the U.S. Department of Education calculates your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) and the biggest mistakes families make.

Additionally, you will gain knowledge on how to pay for college in a failing economy without relying on 529 plans or raiding your retirement accounts and how to get ahead by developing a customized plan to meet all the college costs you will incur as a family and much more.

In our webinar, we will debunk some of the financial aid myths that you may have heard. You will instead learn smart strategies you can use to ensure that you and your college-bound student are well equipped to tackle the admissions and financial aid process completely and efficiently with step-by-step guidance along the way.

Skip Dawson, a seasoned college admissions and funding expert, will share strategies that can help your child increase their chances of getting into private colleges and end up paying less than a state college. Skip has taught more than 10,000 people live in similar college planning workshops and now brings it to you electronically.
